10 years of having fun and making great beer and food!

The week of July 12-18 Silverado Brewing Company will celebrate its 10th anniversary. Please join us for one or more of the following anniversary events:

Mon, July 12: Trivia Night 
Bring a team of four or come alone and join others for fun, great beer and food, and prizes. 7:00 p.m. 

Tues, July 13: Hospitality Night
For all you in the wine or hospitality industry, we host a special complimentary "thank you" party from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Please bring a business card and come share some Silverado beer and appetizers. Brewery tours and prizes, too!

Thurs, July 15: Brewer's Dinner
We'll serve five amazing dishes, each paired with a special Silverado Brewing Company beer. Tickets are $45 pp BEFORE June 30, and $55 pp beginning July 1. NOTE-this event WILL sell out. To reserve your spot, please call us at 967-9876.

Sunday, July 18: Pig Roast with the FFA
From 4:00-7:00 p.m., we'll do a pig roast at the Brewery with partial proceeds to benefit our friends at the St. Helena High School Future Farmers of America (FFA). Come enjoy succulent pork or chicken platters for only $25.50 per person as we end our 10th anniversary with a bang. Please call 967-9876 for reservations. Large-family tables available.

Brewer's Dinner July 15

Our upcoming Brewer's Dinner on July 15 will be a special one, as it's part of our 10th Anniversary Celebration!  (show)

We're excited to announce that our next Brewer's Dinner will take place July 15th at Silverado Brewing Company. This is an amazing meal that you won't want to miss: five delicious dishes, all paired with a different Silverado beer. Brewers Ken Mee and Matt Cromwell will be attending, as will Chef Bernardo Ayala.

SAVE: Tickets per person to this event, part of our 10th Anniversary Celebration, will be only $45 if purchased on or before June 30th. After that, tickets will be $55 per person. To reserve your spot, please visit Silverado or call Jennifer at 967-9876.

The Brewer's Dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m. Some of the goodies awaiting you at the dinner include Beer Belly Farms Mulefoot Pork Pate, a Grilled Black Mission Fig Salad, Niman Ranch Rack of Lamb, and much more.

Please don't delay; this event is limited to 44 people, and it will sell out.

New Seasonal Beer on Tap! KOLSH, named for the German city of Cologne, this beer is delicate, dry and slightly fruity. Traditionally done as an ale, the delicate nature of the beer is enhanced. Enjoy as an aperitif, or a digestif.
